Okay so , if you’re having trouble figuring out if you have sims 4 packages in your sims 3 game try these steps : 

• Download the sims 4 mod conflict detector here .
• Once you download it and etc , open the application .
• If you don’t have a sims 4 folder ( like me ) you should get this : 

• Click yes .
• Navigate to your Cc magic or Mods folder .

• Now , I had to select it once again after I clicked OK.

• Just click Select Dir. and guide it back to your folder you want to scan .

• Click scan .

• Let it do what it does , and then it’ll look like this .

• To delete these files  , i’d actually go into the folder and delete them myself but its up to you .

Hope this helps someone , because I never even knew I had sims 4 stuff in my game , my game was just messing up so I had to figure out the problem(s) .
