This is Snowdrop Cottage! It has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a utility room, a garage, a pool, a huge garden, a kitchen/dining room and a biiig lounge. (Also a cupboard by the stairs which could fit a staircase if you wanted to make a basement maybe idk)
It’s built on a 40×40 lot so there’s lots of room for extensions and such in the case of growing families. It costs §57,655 and is mostly unfurnished, apart from the upstairs bathrooms, lights, the garden and the utility room.
I only used four pieces of custom content when making this house. It’s been run through delphy’s custard and there is no bad CC attached. Included in the sims3pack is one piece of CC: this door by lemoncandy@mts. There are three more pieces of CC that you will need to download and install seperately: these stairs (with this railing) and these mailboxes. I have WA, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Seasons and Uni installed, but the main EP you’ll need is university for the windows. You obviously don’t need any, but be aware that the game will just replace any objects with base game equivalents, so things might look strange.
