Sending the Happiest of Birthday wishes to my bestfriend and probably soul mate, @hello-quentin ! I literally don’t know how I made it so far in life without you. You’re always there for me and you don’t judge me ever. I love how we can FaceTime with each other while we look like bums and how much we gas each other up body wise. Like, you’re the gold standard for best friends and I don’t deserve you at all. I’m soo thankful for you. You’re so loyal and you always make me feel better about stupid situations i put myself in, I hope you feel the same. Not only are you an amazing friend, you’re an amazing mother. Seeing how smart and happy Quentin is everyday makes me so proud of you, you’re doing so great with him exactly like I knew you would.
If I’d know you’d have such a big impact on my life I would have talked to you sooner, cause you make me a better me.

I love you to death, babe!

Adding a background to a picture tutorial.

I’m not great at this at all but Milcesimsox ask for a tutorial so I thought I’d give it a shot.

So, Step One. Obviously, open your image in photoshop. I used cs6.

I edited it a bit with the liqiudfy tool and clone tool, just to fix some things. You can skip this.

Step Two. With the quick selection tool, select your sim. This step work a lot easier if you take the picture of your sim in game with a plain background that doesn’t match anything your sim has on or their hair color.

Step Three. Right click with the quick selection tool still selected and choose Refine Edge.

Step Four. Mess with the settings until you don’t see anymore white. Sliding the Shift Edge slider down works but I always set the Radius to 0.5. Change the Output To to New Layer, then hit OK.

Step Five. Find the background. You want. This step is simple enough, get one google and find your image. I chose the top left one.

Step Six. Click the background and place or paste your image. It should be behind the new layer of your sim. Flatten layers and edit to your liking and you’re done.
