• What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?

Pretty much nonexistent for the first few years of his life, followed by not good. He always had high expectations for Nik that sometimes didn’t work out. It my way or the highway with him and Nik ultimately chose the highway and they don’t talk anymore.

• On an average day, what can be found in your character’s pockets?

Gum, Wallet, Phone.

• Is your character bothered by the sight of blood? If so, in what way?

Not at all.

He doesn’t make a lot of money to afford a bunch of nice stuff. When he was younger he loved being the riches person out of his friend group, the kid who always had the nicest toys. But now that he’s an adult and making his own money he sees that all that really isn’t that important.

• What does your character dislike in other people?

If they’re self-centered, a liar, constantly trying to buy people’s affection with money or gifts. If he’s hanging out with someone one on one and they’re constantly on their phone. When people pretend to be anyone but themselves and when people think the Kardashians are trendsetters.

• In the face of criticism, is your character defensive, self-deprecating, or willing to improve?

Willing to improve always.

• How does your character behave around people they like?

He will look at them A LOT! Like basically stare at them and he’ll wanna touch them… i.e. hold hands, rub their shoulders, rest his hands on their thigh.

• How does your character behave around people they dislike?

In the rare instance he’d be around someone he didn’t like, he’d be very quiet and standoff-ish. Basically just trying to avoid confrontation, if possible.

• Is your character more concerned with defending their honor, or protecting their status?

I have no idea how to answer this question//:

• Is your character more likely to remove a problem/threat, or remove themselves from a problem/threat?

He’s more likely to remove himself.

• Has your character ever been bitten by an animal? How were they affected (or unaffected)?

Nope.

• How does your character treat people in service jobs?

With a lot of respect, he’s been there and pretty much still is. He’s been on both sides of the fence and seeing his coworker treated badly because their service workers pisses him off.

• Does your character feel that they deserve to have what they want, whether it be material or abstract, or do they feel they must earn it first?

Nik, honestly, doesn’t think he deserves anything unless he works really hard for it. In his past, he was pretty much given whatever he wanted but now that he’s on his own he knows the reward of working for something you really want and wouldn’t have it any other way.

• Has your character ever had a parental figure who was not related to them?

His old baseball couch from high school.

• Has your character ever had a dependent figure who was not related to them?

No.

• How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it?

It’s really hard for him to say I love you, he hasn’t said it to anyone in years. He would never say it if he didn’t mean it.

• What does your character believe will happen to them after they die? Does this belief scare them?

Nik died before after his car accident for a short amount of time. In the seconds he was dead, all he saw was a white light. Anything beyond that he has no  idea what will happen when he does and he doesn’t think about it.

“There’s no such thing as a sexy bathroom.” The short, curly haired girl said as Nik walked behind her. The sound of the loud music playing in the other room was muffled and sounded lower the closer they got to the bathroom.

“We’ll see about that, won’t we?” He says as his hands find her hips and they finally reach the bathroom.

She flicks the light on and looks around.

“See, no such thing.” She squeaks out before he lifts her up and sets her on the counter.

“We’ll just have to change that then.” He says before pressing his lips against hers passionately.

He pulls away from the kiss and trails his fingers along the deep v cut of her dress. His lips form a small smile before him kisses and sucks on her neck.

He’d leave a mark, he always did. He always thought of it as a souvenir or parting gift.

“Looking a lot more sexy already isn’t it?” He smirks at her.

He got in a car accident his first year of playing professional baseball. Broke his wrist, leg, and fractured a few ribs. Don’t text and drive, kids.

A few on his arm and and leg from the surgeries after the accident.

01. What does your character’s name mean? Did you pick it for the symbolism, or did you just like the way it sounded?

OH! Okay sooo, when I was in middle/high school I knew this kid named Alex who had a brother named Nikolas and I always thought it was spelled pretty cool, lol idk why. So when I was making Nik and thinking of a name that one came to mind. As for his last name, I wanted something that sounded somewhat like stud. I was obsessed with two Mike Stud songs and somewhat based Nik on him. So Stoudemire fit for the last name.

02. What is one of your character’s biggest insecurities? Are they able to hide it easily or can others easily exploit this weakness?

Insecurities… he doesn’t really have many. However, he’s super cautious about letting people get close to him emotionally. He honestly never opens up to anyone these days soo he’s good at hiding that.

03. What would be their favorite physical trait about themselves?

Favorite physical trait about himself… hm… He’s good with his hands? lol.

04. What are their favorite traits about their lover? (one psychological and one physical)

He doesn’t have a lover sooo, N/A.

SUPER CONFIDENT.

No lover. But I’m sure a future lover would be annoyed of how much he smokes cigarettes.

Not really, no.

His inability to open up to people. I think it really fucks him in the long run. He doesn’t have anyone to talk to about her personal stuff and how he feels, so he has to just cope and deal with stuff by himself.

09. Do they have a favorite season? What about a favorite holiday?

SUMMER! Bikinis and Sundresses. His favorite holiday was his birthday or Thanksgiving but he doesn’t have a favorite anymore.

10. Is your character more feminine or masculine?

A bit of both. Some days he wakes up feeling masculine as fuck, some days he wakes up and feels pretty feminine.

He paints his nails every once in a while.
