Health:
DIET: He honestly forgets to eat often, but when he does eat its mostly fast food or food he brought home from his restaurant.
SLEEP: He tries to get at least 8 hours, but he has nightmares often so he usually gets about 6 hours.
EXERCISE: He works out on his off days, which isn’t as much as he wants but… it’s all the time he has.
ACTIVITY: Nik works hard and sometimes exhausts himself but, he’s getting better at taking breaks/resting when he needs to.
